Doesn't get warm even a little bit and I tried everything. I took a chance bc some reviewers said theirs worked but most said it didn't. I should have listened to the reviewers who said theirs did not. Came with no instructions so I followed what others on here said they did to get it to warm up. It's a nice scoop and I wish it worked but I guess it's back to letting my ice cream sit out for a few minutes before I put it in the bowl. What a shame.
