## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this monitor have a matte or shiny screen? Thank you.**
A: It’s a matte finish.

**Q: Works fine plugged into my PC but nothing when I plug into my Mac. Am I doing something wrong?**
A: Works great with my Mac. Are you using the USB-C connection? Try switching from one of the Mac's USB-C ports to the other. If you are not using USB-C on the Mac port, your USB adapter could be the source of the problem.

**Q: Can you connect 2 pcs and a mac mini with usb-c and kvm switch all 3?**
A: I have 2 laptop connected to mine. I am not sure about a 3rd PC. During the setup steps it only reference input PC one and input PC two.

**Q: How tall is the monitor, from the bottom of the stand to the top of the display, when at maximum height?**
A: As currently positioned on my desk, 20 inches. The channel in the support post extends 4 inches higher than the support bracket's present position, so my estimate is that the maximum height would be 24 inches.
