A: I'm not sure you will need to contact the seller of the item find out the compound agent.  I use it to extend my unscented moisturizer & add it to my carrier oil to extend my perfumes

A: Yes, you can use in your hair, on your skin, bath or in your after bath moisturizer. All of there scents are beautiful especially the Honey Suckle & Jasmine
