We have used it for a few years as a water purifier in the camper, never had a tummy bug and you cannot taste it in the water. **Q: Can this be used in water tanks that also flush toilets into holding tank on a boat** A: Hello, Aqua sol is used for disinfecting and deodorising water and purisol is for cleansing of water tanks. I cant comment on it going through the flush system on the toilet as I'm unsure what you would be doing either cleaning or purifying. If it is cleaning it may have an effect on the rubber seal in the toilet.
