I does take up most of the foot space when inflated. I also purchased the foot rest that you put on the seat table which is smaller and easier to pack. However that device clearly bothered the people in front when I moved which put me off using it. This inflatable cushion was a better choice even though it takes more space in your hand luggage. I only used it on that one trip, but it inflated fine 4 times (flight to UAE followed by separate fight on to Sydney), Not sure if it would do another journey but regardless it was a lot cheaper than business class! Review: Good support for feet - I bought this product to take with me on a plane flight as my feet and legs get very fidgety. The foot rest was great to put on the floor to give that extra bit of height to make the legs and feet feel more comfortable. Every time I took a plane, I just wished I could keep my feet at a higher position to rest and give them a circulation.
