I hv been unwell since dec 2021 with acid reflux issues and wasn't getting enough nutrients. In and out of hospital due to low blood sugar. After 10 days in gastro ward I was started on nutritional drink fresubin. It wasn't for me. I was then started on Meritene. Am slowly getting bk my strength and energy having lost 2.5 stoned in 2mths. Am now slowly trying to start eating solids. It's a struggle, but getting there with Meritene shakes and soups. The milk is a problem due to acid reflux, but out weigh the benefits. Thank you. I will continue with Meritene between trying puree food. Hopefully I will be bk to my usual self in next couple of months.
