The 7 second hold is an important wellness element that spreads oxygen throughout the body. We are not aware of any similar products on the market that might have a shorter hold but there are 2 potential approaches: 1. Practice the 7 second hold for a couple weeks in order to increase your comfort level with it. Doing this daily can increase your lungs capacity to hold your breath at which point the cycle becomes easier. If you find this to be true, then this product might be a good fit. 2. Research and practice other breathing rhythms that might be more suitable. While there might not be an available product that guides on visual cues, you might find this more comfortable for your unique circumstance.
