I mean sewer, bin day living by an incinerator gagging stink.I'm embarrassed but it's been this way since I was a teen. Yogurt, fibre etc didn't help.However, after I had kids, I bought this for my kid and tried one... Its flavourless, mixed mine with water and that evening.. My farts didn't stink anymore? It was a side effect but it worked so well..
