A: They arrive in a plastic bag within an amazon box

**Q: It smelt burned the first time i used it, I followed the instructions, I have got rid of the packaging but I would like a refund?**
A: I think the lavender gives it that burned smell. I found after a few weeks or regular use that smell disappeared. I think they could just forget about the lavender, it doesn't smell great and might actually put people off buying it.

**Q: Are the eyes on this plastic buttons or stitched on?**
A: The eyes are stitched on with black cotton.

I bought this as a gift for one of my nieces. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES it. It looks exactly like the picture, is SO soft and has a very pleasant lavender smell. Warms up really well for night time cuddles during cold nights and I can imagine will be comforting when feeling a little under the weather. A great buy. Really happy. I would recommend it and have.
