I used all the attachments, including the whip whisker. I have to say, it did the job very well, and the dough that comes out of the bowl of this stand mixer is wonderful, and well mixed. I have made many cakes, bread, pies, and cookies and all came back better than what I expected. I have recently made cinnamon rolls using this stand mixer to make the dough, photos of which are included in this review. pros, quick to assemble, use, and clean. Easy to operate and to get the attachments hooked and unhook them. small in size, and easy to store. it has variable speeds and will allow you to adjust depending on your needs. have used now for over a year, with about 2-4 times/ month, with no major issues. I gave away my large, heavy, expensive mixer (you know the one), and found I needed a mixer for cookie dough and whipping butter. This one is great at whipping butter, faster than the one it replaced. Love that it tilts. It’s much lighter and easier to carry, move, and manage. Sweet and easy clean up. Nothing terribly heavy or large, very easy to wash stainless bowl and parts by hand in the sink. Easier to store. Because it’s not heavy, the suction cups on the bottom need a flat surface to keep it from the little bit of bouncing or moving when it’s at higher speeds. Properly secured, I can walk away from it for extended periods and not worry about it moving at all. Because it’s lighter and smaller it doesn’t have to permanently hog counter space. Love the mint green. It cheers up the kitchen.
