The 6 Chair Repair Kit is designed for replacing Vienna straw on Thonet and Cesca chairs. It includes 270 cm x 46 cm of real Vienna straw, 4 wooden wedges, and 2 instruction manuals, making it a perfect solution for DIY enthusiasts looking to restore their seating with a touch of elegance.

## Description

Top quality Vienna straw, flexible and highly resistant to create chair seats. The long, variable length bindings are derived from the external rattan surface. Webbing Width: 2.75 mm, Octagon Hole Width: 6.00 mm.(Thickly woven, see pictures). The machine-worked part is 46 cm large, its maximum size including external bristles is 53 cm. This straw can also be used for other purposes (shutter panels, heater covers, etc.). It is a uniform, yellow straw colour that tends to darken naturally and become more like "amber" after a year of exposure to light. It can darken with specific flexible paints, such as "natural shellac". 2 manuals are also included: "Manual for quick and easy replacement of Vienna straw" and "Manual for taking care of and maintaining straw seats" [English Language Not Guaranteed].
