The wire stripper has a built-in wire cutter for diameters of up to 2.5 mm² and an adjustable length stopper from 6 to 15mm. TÜV / GS-approved. Review: Good product, lightweight but strong and well built. - Does what it is supposed to do, strips single wires well. It feels light but is well engineered and is quite strong with a nice smooth action. It cuts and strips 1mm and 2.5mm sq wires with ease. The spec is for up to 4mm sq. wires and will strip these, however it is seems to work better if you give the cutting edges a second or two to sink into the plastic before applying the force (maybe take a few bites for the newer harder (smoke-free) plactic coating required in modern regulations). I am not sure how long the blades will last before needing replaced.
