I'm willing to bet a small USB extension cable or hub would work for anyone else thinking about getting this device for use with the PS4 slim - otherwise might be better to go for something slimmer if you can find one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clever little magic tool. *by J***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2016* It was very reasonable price and a cut above rival plastic ones which tend to be flimsy and fall apart. USB sockets on Laptops stick out sideways and are prone to knocks. That's what wrecked a cheaper plastic one I had. So I bought this one and it seems very robust and made of aluminium it should be pretty long lived. It works fine and the sound quality is far superior when plugging headphones into it than using the same headphones in the Laptop's headphone socket. My laptop has developed a fault in the headphone socket so instead of taking to be repaired which is inconvenient I got this super little adaptor. Problem solved.
