I felt some relief in 2 days and continued for almost 2 weeks for complete relief. . So far I haven't had to use it again. **Q: How tight should it be pulled? Is it supposed to smoosh my cheeks?** A: I was so desperate for relief that I was prepared to pull as hard as I could stand but my husband it the voice of reason. He suggested easing into the higher tension. So I used it for 10 minutes twice a day for 2 days with just moderate tension.
