Manufactured using centuries-old techniques by the world's oldest paint factory, it offers exceptional color vibrancy, a smooth matte finish, and a 24-hour drying time. Each tube is hand-filled and labeled with a hand-painted sample, reflecting a tradition trusted by legendary artists like Van Gogh and Mondrian. ## Description Old Holland Oil Works, established in 1664 is the oldest paint factory in the world! Only the finest, lightfast and intermixable pigments are used. These oils are manufactured according to the techniques of the Old Masters, and under the supervision of artists. The rollers that grind the pigments are made of stone and turn slowly to avoid the burning and discoloration that can occur in modern manufacturing, even with inter-cooled metal rollers. Only the purest, virgin, cold pressed linseed oil of the first pressing is used. Old Holland offers the highest possible concentration of pigment, making their paint so thick that each tube must be filled by hand, and each tube is labeled with a hand-painted sample of the actual paint. Old Holland, having been manufacturing quality paints for generations, can proudly claim the patronage of artists such as Mondrian, Van Ruysdael and Van Gogh. Old Holland offers the largest color palette with 168 colors. ## Features - Old Holland Classic Oil Color - Old Holland Blue Grey, 40 ml tube - 259 Old Holland Blue Gray - 40 ml ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0006IJUGQ | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #161,892 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #3,107 in Art Paints | | Brand Name | Old Holland | | Color | blue | | Color Code | Not Available | | Container Type | Tube | | Coverage | Fine art | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars (31) | | Dry Time In Hours | 24 | | Finish Type | Matte | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor, Outdoor | | Is Waterproof | False | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Volume | 0.18 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 3.2 ounces | | Manufacturer | Old Holland | | Model Name | 09259 | | Model Number | OLDOIL40-B259 | | Paint Type | Oil | | Part Number | OLDOIL40-B259 | | Size | 1.4 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | Specific Uses For Product | Interior | | Surface Recommendation | Fabric | | Unit Count | 1.4 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Old Holland - **Color:** blue - **Finish Type:** Matte - **Indoor/Outdoor Usage:** Indoor, Outdoor - **Item Volume:** 0.18 fluid ounces - **Paint Type:** Oil - **Size:** 1.4 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - **Specific Uses For Product:** Interior - **Surface Recommendation:** Fabric - **Unit Count:** 1.4 Fluid Ounces ## Images ![Old Holland Classic Oil Color - Blue-Grey 40ml Tube 40ml Tube - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ghx7ZpZrL.jpg) ![Old Holland Classic Oil Color - Blue-Grey 40ml Tube 40ml Tube - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31R7+5egfTL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Old Holland Oil 40Ml Blue-Grey - Old Holland Classic Oil Colours Old Holland yellow light 40 ml 006 by Old Holland - Old Holland Classic Oil Colours Old Holland violet-grey 40 m --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49979382-old-holland-classic-oil-color-blue-grey-40ml-tube-40ml](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/49979382-old-holland-classic-oil-color-blue-grey-40ml-tube-40ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
