As in bedding them in ?** A: I’m not sure. If you are using the sleepers horizontally you don’t need to bed them in as their weight holds them in place. If you are planning to use the sleepers vertically it may help but you’ll need a big hole and plenty of postcrete in addition to help to get them into place as it sets fast. I have only used it for posts.
