Review: great tast - I use them whole for my choc chip cookies and also I nibble on them from time to time if I get a choc attack. They ARE dark slightly bitter chocolate but that is to my taste. They are not choc chips more like miniature Hershey's kisses but bigger than Nestle cooking choc drops and much nicer too.. Have not yet tried in fountain but taste is excellent so should be great for coating strawberries etc.

**Q: Do you have to melt the chocolate first before putting it in the fountain?**
A: It depends what type of fountain you have - some fountains, like the Sephra ones can melt the chocolate but other brands may require you to pre-melt before using

**Q: How much cocoa butter does it contain?**
A: It doesn't give a percentage. Ingredients list as suger, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla extract, emulsifier, soya lecithin. You can call them 01592 656737

**Q: Does this product contain milk please?**
A: The packet states 'May contain traces of nuts & milk proteins' but that is the only reference to milk that it states. I hope this helps.

**Q: Does it dry hard ? can I crumb coat a cake or does it stay soft once cream is added**
A: If looking to add cream to the chocolate to keep it smooth and ganache like then yes you should be able to crumb coat a cake. Without the addition, the chocolate will dry hard.
