**Q: the description says white, but the pictures show it with a black handle.  Which is it black or white?**
A: The handle is silver and black.

**Q: Is this brisket knife sharp?**
A: Or if they box yes.  It quickly lost is sharp edge.  The bigger issue I have though is that the blade is way too flexible so it's very difficult to thinly slice refrigerated leftovers.  8/10 1 would not buy again
