I wear this all day every day and have for over a year. It has only come unscrewed once, and I'm fairly certain it was because I didn't tighten it properly. I generally wear this on my neck, and sometimes in my backpocket. It is always great in both situations. Unlike most of these, the rubber oring is covered 100% by the stainless steel. This helps the screw stay tight without it being difficult to unscrew. It also means that the Oring doesnt wear out very fast. This can be submerged completely under water without any getting in. It is perfect for storing pills. It comes with two O rings in case the first eventually wears out. This has yet to happen to me.
