After implementing the techniques discussed in this book, I am already feeling a greater sense of calm. I still get distracted at times during my meditation but I’m getting better and I know that it’s just a matter of time before I’ll be able to focus consistently for longer periods of time. I would highly recommend this book to the meditation beginner like me. The point of learning how to meditate is to meditate so don’t waste your time reading long, fluffy books on meditation. This is exactly the kind of book on meditation that I’ve been looking for. I started seeking out information on meditation after hearing about the many positive benefits that it has. I really enjoyed reading this book. Not only gives you clear and concise explanations on meditation, different types of mediation and how to meditate but is also a great consultation book for beginners. I definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in meditation but doesn't know where or how to start. Furthermore, its very easy to read and finish, it took me 1h30 and It didn't felt that long.
