Any complaints from training partners?** A: Matthew - Generally headgear is not used for BJJ....however as this product is often used for wrestling, we can not foresee any complaints from a training partner. Thanks** A: What covers the ears are foam.... The only "plastic" is the clear cups on the sides. My boys love theirs!
