Es gibt sofort Wärme ab. Die Wärme ist auf dieser Fläche voll spürbar und trotz der derzeitig schwachen Außentemperaturen (abends ca. 8 - 12 ° C) ist es gemütlich. Wie es sich für einen Infrarotstrahler gehört, werden nur die angestrahlten Körper erwärmt. Dies aber richtig wohltuend. Die Luft bleibt dennoch relativ frisch. Dies gibt dann dennoch ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl. Sobald die Außentemperaturen steigen, werden wir an unseren Sommergarten 3 Seiten öffnen (4, Seite ist Wand zum Wohnzimmer) und sind auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen überzeugt, dass der Strahler auch dann unseren Anforderungen entspricht. Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach auszuführen. Der Strahler hat neben den 4 Stufen auch die Möglichkeit über eine Temperatur-Vorwahl (Auto) eine konstante Temperatur einzustellen. Man muss man dann ausprobieren, welche Temperatur die richtige ist. Der Vorteil der Auto-Einstellung ist jedoch der gleitende Übergang der Leistung, die dann zwischen nahe 0 und 2.500 Watt beträgt. Schade ist die schwarze Anschlussleitung und die Lage des Anschlusses. Ist die nächste erreichbare Steckdose links vom Montageort und entsprechend weit entfernt, muss man den Strahler spiegelverkehrt montieren. Dies beeinträchtigt die Nutzung des Gerätes nicht. Allerdings steht die Programmanzeige am Gerät dann auf dem Kopf. Ist allerdings lediglich ein "Schönheitsfehler", den ich durch eine Steckdose rechts beheben werde.
