Review: Iem was delivered in a plastic baf in a generic carbopard box, and did not contain the fittings to connect the seat to the toilet.
Review: The seat doesn't quite fit, as in it's not quite as long as the base. But besides the slight struggle to install, it's handled the burden of weight well without any sign of breaking so far. If you're notably overweight, this is a good investment.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: My toilet seat is sliding around. Is there a replacement washer/ gasket something so it doesn't move.**
A: You could try adding thin flat rubber gaskets from your local hardware store. Ours slide too bc some users are obese and push the seat back when they sit. Continuously tightening the seat without mitigating will only wear it out.

**Q: does anyone know the internal measurements of the hole?**
A: The internal measurement for the inner whole for the elongated seat: 11-1/2" and 8".
And for the round seat: 10-1/4" and 8".

**Q: Can this be used with a bidet?**
A: Dear Holly,

Our seat cannot be used with a bidet. The size will not fit. Sorry.

HARO-Service Team

**Q: how the seat stays in place when the cover is closed?**
A: Dear Customer,

The seat will stay in place if installed properly

Kind regards,
