**Q: Can  both DVDs be done totally seated?**
A: Great question. As with most of our DVDs, there are 2 people standing and 1 person sitting doing the modified version of all of the exercises so you can choose which to follow.

**Q: Does this DVD have closed caption.?**
A: No this DVD does not have close captions

**Q: Is this done to music?or just talking ?**
A: Just talking no music.  I really love his workouts

**Q: I have an apple lap top.   I have downloaded the dvd to my laptop but I can't open them.   Why?**
