Even though I'd checked the dimensions with a tape measure, its appears even more impressive. The details in the cast are really sharp, with the extra decoration adding to the realism. It has a nice weight, adding to the quality feel. The snippets from the poem makes me feel it really should be displayed in an old glass dome! It's a bit larger than life size (around 1.5x real life, if my quick calculation is correct.) But it's not so large as to be ridiculous, you could imagine an oversized Raven tap, tap tapping at the window...
