However, with this range of dehumidifiers from Thomar you will have the ideal solution to prevent this from happening. The Air dry 1kg dehumidifier has been designed for use in vehicles. It has been designed to absorb the moisture from the air using the activated pellets inside the bag. A 1kg bag can absorb up to 600 grams of moisture and remain effective over an area of 35m² for 2-4 months. However, once this period is over the dehumidifier can be reactivated by placing on top of a radiator and dried over several days.Based in Hamburg, Thomar is a manufacturer of a number of dehumidifier products. Box Contains 1 x ThoMar Air Dry 1Kg - Re-usable Car Dehumidifier Review: Brilliant! - This product has made life so much easier being able to get in the car with a clear wind screen in the mornings. Think it has worked brilliantly, but you do need more than one so you can regularly rotate them. Works far better than another make I also purchased. Review: This works a little bit - This has worked to reduce some of the humidity in our old 1996 vw perhaps if it didn't rain so much it would work better !! ## Features - Quality Thomar Item ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00A6TO7PO | | Brand Name | Thomar | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (70) | | Manufacturer | System Partner Autoteile GmbH & Co.KG | | Model Name | 604.060 | | Model Number | 604.060 | | Part Number | 604.060 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Thomar - **Colour:** Black - **Manufacturer:** System Partner Autoteile GmbH & Co.KG - **Model name:** 604.060 ## Images ![Thomar 604.060 Air Dry Car Dehumidifier 1kg - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91-GOzBB0jL.jpg) ![Thomar 604.060 Air Dry Car Dehumidifier 1kg - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/814OZ2LhhjL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant! *by A***R on 19 January 2014* This product has made life so much easier being able to get in the car with a clear wind screen in the mornings. Think it has worked brilliantly, but you do need more than one so you can regularly rotate them. Works far better than another make I also purchased. ### ⭐⭐⭐ This works a little bit *by P***E on 13 January 2014* This has worked to reduce some of the humidity in our old 1996 vw perhaps if it didn't rain so much it would work better !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ definately absorbs water - but make sure it's right for you. *by L***R on 14 January 2013* I received this product, weight was actually 0.8kg not 1kg but still happy with the product. After a few weeks of use product weighed about 1.4kg. So that's 600g of water which comes up to around 600ml. So not bad. But make sure you're aware of the limitations of this product before purchasing this for your vehicle. If you have a active leak in the car this product will be no good. The car will probably get flooded faster than this bag can absorb. So your experience will not be good. If on the other hand you've pluged all the leaks and you have moisture lingering around inside the car, this mat will do a fantastic job of slowly absorbing the moisture. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/50070682-thomar-604-060-air-dry-car-dehumidifier-1kg](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/50070682-thomar-604-060-air-dry-car-dehumidifier-1kg) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
