The chocolate fudge description is accurate - the flapjack is topped with a generous chocolatey icing that adds to the chewy texture and the taste is good - it's not too sugary-sweet and balances well with the flapjack, though it's perhaps not as tasty as a real chocolate topping. Overall a good mouthful that's pleasant to chomp on.
