I called YoSmart Support on a Saturday afternoon and got a response!! The support was great, and after sending screen shots and more, it was confirmed HUB was defective. So Thanks to desertcart I will get to try again. Oh by the way there are a lot of web videos from YoLink, so many are out of date and should be taken down by the company.
