I went through a bad patch where I suffered from saddle soreness for a coupe of weeks, a family friend said buy some "bum butter", looked through the internet and saw there was a whole range of products, some quite expensive (e.g. Assos). I opted for this one and haven't regretted it. It's non-greasy, smells nice and because it's in a tube is easier to apply ithan cream in a tub. Since using it I'm very glad to report that saddle soreness is a thing of the past, so I would thoroughly recommend this cream to all those cyclists out there who are clocking up the miles and want to do so with annoying aches and pains.
