I find on long knotty hair a little bit of this sprayed on makes it so much easier to comb through. It’s fantastic on damaged hair as it thoroughly conditions it and also on bleached or coloured hair it gives that extra conditioning. I have used this for the last 20yrs. I have tried other products but always go back to this.
