A: Don't think so

**Q: Can i press pills whith these item?**
A: I doubt it, they would be giant pills. They would be nearly an inch in diameter. Comes out about the size of a wine gum or fruit pastille nearly, and I wouldn't put anything less than 3 grams in it.

You can put too much pressure on this. Even with just hand tightening, the handle came off. Glued it back on and seems to be holding. Not overly impressed.
