**Q: What are the nutritional values of this powder?**
A: It is starch, extracted from sweet potatoes.  So aside from some traces of other stuff, it ought to be nearly 100% carbohydrate. Some varieties of sweet potato have a lot of Vitamin A.  There are much smaller amounts of other vitamins and iron.  It is a low protein flour compared to wheat.

Didn’t realise how expensive this actually is until I went into my local Chinese shop. The charge £1.49. Product itself taste like it’s been chemically processed. Threw it out because you can’t return it.
