Awesome Item

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Glad I Stuck With It

There is definitely a learning curve with this item. I decided in the first few days that I was returning it because of extreme frustration. The adjustment knobs are not easy to read or to determine when knobs have been turned 360 degrees! Black numbers and markings on the white plastic would help very much! Visually examining the internal blades is necessary to get the setting desired. The manual provides some help. I decided to keep trying for 30 days before giving up. Using it almost daily I managed to figure things out. Kids now enjoy super thin cucumbers and apples and it's fast. I was able to make French fries for the air fryer too but they are smaller than expected. It doesn't create grated results but the julienne can be set very small. The unit is not as easy to clean as claimed. Carrots really like to stick inside but the tool provided helps. Not sure the heat of the dishwasher would be good long term so I only hand wash. 30 days later it's going to remain in my kitchen and spend some time in our RV.
