A: No idea whatsoever... Haven't even taken it out of the box yet...

**Q: where can I purchase a gas fire similar to  a Paragon slide control gas fire**
A: Paragon is a brand name. We have a number of slide control fires but not sure which model you are trying to match.

**Q: Were is outlet on back of fire**
A: The outlet opening is 3/4 of the way up the back in the middle if your referring to what goes into a chimney. A closure plate with a hole is also provided to protect the wall fire is going against

**Q: Is it black and grey the fireplace**
A: It is available in either black or bronze. We can supply either

A fabulous fire that throws out a lot of heat easy light has four different settings so can be left on most of the day on on the first level light straight I do recommend that you have this product put in professionally has the fire is a gas fire remember if you're in the trade like me I recommend this fire to anyone who is looking to replace an older model that may have done it's years of good service
