The RIL2500HP is a ultra bright compact LED inspection lamp which features new technology COB LED providing a light output 3 x brighter than the equivalent standard LED lamp. Made with a tough and robust polycarbonate lens it can with stand heavy duty work. It has a Lithium ion battery giving you a faster consistent recharge and providing 3 hours of operating time. Review: Super bright does the job. - This is a brilliant buy super bright just make sure you don't look at it when turning on' the New technology COB LED provides a light output 3 x brighter than the equivalent standard LED lamp making it ideal for working on cars engine bay or under neath, the light is a good brite white. It has a belt clip and magnet on the back a charging light lighs up red when charging and turns green when charged and charge time is quick seems to be tuff well made and comes with AC mains charging adaptor and 12v DC (cigarette lighter) charging lead. I spent several day's deciding what LED Inspection Lamp to buy and believe I made the right choice in paying a bit extra for something that will last many years I hope and would recommend this. Review: Good light but not a perfect device - A good bright light. I use it quite a lot for many jobs, not just on the cars. My only criticisms are these: One, there is no battery level indication or warning - it will be blazing away as normal and then 'poof' ... nothing. So you need to use/recharge it on guesswork. Two, the on/off button in on the front near the light, so when you switch it on you tend to blind yourself (until you get the hang of putting your finger on the button but not pressing it until you've turned it away).

**Q: Is this standard size or really small?**
A: H 18.7cm  x  W 5.6cm  x  D 4.1cm

Standard size, if you're an average sized human. But really small, if you're a giant elephant... I suppose.

**Q: Does this have an integrated hook so it can be hung?**
A: Just picked up your question having returned from holiday.  Yes it does have a clip / hook  whereby it can be hung from a belt or pocket.  There is a magnet at the back allowing it to be attached to metallic surfaces which I've found useful when checking under the car bonnet at night etc.

**Q: How many lumens has it got to compare to others**

**Q: How do you know when its fully charged, does the red light go out?**
A: The red light on mine appears to stay on continually whilst the charger is connected with no indication of when it is fully charged.

A good bright light. I use it quite a lot for many jobs, not just on the cars.
