They are easier than the compressed rubber cylinder when replacing the sanding drum. Note of caution, if you are sanding aggressively at an angle the torque from the motor can "pop" the mandrel up while working. The value is good due to the time changing the drum being short. Fits all my dremel and other brand tools. They work great.
