Review: Cold drink for over 10 hrs... - I bought this tumbler to enable me have my Iced Americano till noon and drink 3 lites of cold water per day and it delivered Pros: 1. Tested and proven to hold ice for up to 21 hours, After 21 hiours it was all metled but still cold 2. Big enough size to help with drinking my daily goal of 3 litres per day, all i have to do is refill twice 3. No leak - i throw in in my bag and no leaks (ofcourse witout the straw in ) 4. Color varities - So many colours to chose form, i bought the Almond Birch , its so bougee Likely cons 1. Quite handy - Oh well, what do you expect from a 1-litre insulator, lets be fair though 2. Pricey - Compared to other brands, it is pricey but i would say it give me value for my money

**Q: Can this cup hold hot liquids? Would you use the straw lid for hot drinks?**
A: We will soon be launching a flip lid as an optional accessory to the trek tumbler. It will fit the 30oz, 40oz, and 50oz Trek tumbler sizes. That lid will be perfect for sipping your hot beverages or if you just prefer not to use a straw!

**Q: Can I order a different lid for this tumbler? I don't like drinking from a straw. Prefer a slider lid.**
A: That was the only lid offered when I bought mine.

**Q: What size is the straw diameter? Trying to find straw covers that will fit.**
A: I don’t have anything to measure it with, however, it’s the widest straw I’ve ever seen.  I would guesstimate it’s approximately 2 1/4 times as wide as a regular straw opening.  The width is great because u don’t have to purse ur lips together to drink.  Hope this helps

**Q: is the inside stainless steel? i find the paint almost always chips off on metal insides and colored outsides**
A: Yes, it is stainless steel on the inside. So far, with daily use and scrubbing, I have not had any issue with paint chipping. I’ve had mine about 3 weeks now and still looks like I just opened it.

Had been wanting this tumbler for a while and finally purchased it, and I’m so glad I did. It’s very well made. It doesn’t leak except out of the straw which is expected. It keeps my water ice cold for at least 24 hours. The color forest is beautiful. I love the size too and it still fits perfectly in the cupholders! I have never used a Stanley or any other large tumbler so I can’t really compare.
