I’ve even done a kebab meat on it which turn out lovely. **Q: Is this large enough for a turkey?** A: It would cope with a small turkey or a large chicken but you would have to check your cooking times. **Q: How do u no how long to cook various foods.** A: A gyros around 1 hour and 10 minutes, best chicken you’ve ever tasted about 1 hour!
