## Description

One super popular air gun just got better. Meet the second generation of the Notos Pre-Charged Pneumatic airgun. If you know the Notos, you know that it's not just an air rifle. With its compact sizing and removable furniture, the Notos can easily be converted to air pistol use if so desired. New for the Notos Gen 2 is a redesigned cocking lever, redesigned 15 shot airgun magazine, redesigned SilencAir device, and a larger, higher pressure onboard tank (tank ships empty with zero pressure). Umarex was able to make these changes without altering with the attributes that made the original Notos such a huge success in the beginning. The Notos is still super lightweight, compact, accurate, and customizable. We have just addressed a few of the issues that our customers spoke up about to make a more refined, better performing Notos. The Notos Gen 2 is still a precisely accurate .22 caliber pellet airgun with side lever cocking and multishot auto-indexing airgun magazine that shoots well over 800 FPS with an 11.9 grain pellet. The Notos Gen 2 can easily be converted from an air rifle to an air pistol by installing the Notos Grip set (sold separately). The Notos Gen 2 can also accomodate any optic the shooter prefers via the generous length of Picatinny rail. Additionally, other accessories such as bipods or lights can be attached via the M-LOK slots located on either side.

**Q: How many cc is the air reservoir?**
A: The Notos holds 66cc's of air volume.

**Q: What do you use to fill the air tank?**
A: PCP (Pre-Charged Pneumatic) airguns require a source of high-pressure air.  There are high-pressure hand pumps that work very well for smaller PCPs like the Notos.  Some consumers prefer electric high-pressure pumps. Hand pumps can be purchased for about $150 and electric pumps start at about $300 and go up from there.

**Q: Can you take the stock off to make it a air pistol?  Does it take co2 or how is it powered?**
A: Yes, the stock can be swapped out for pistol grips. This is a PCP, Pre-Charged Pneumatic, air gun. The reservior needs to be charged up to 3600 PSI with natural air. This does require a special hand or electric pump.
