Review: Easy to make, good result and nice flavour. - Worked really well, good flavour, didn’t form a dough for me, more of a paste but then I used melted spread instead of butter, so I cooked it as one large slab and then cut it up to finish for a few minutes. It’s very light which is actually really nice. You do need to let it cool completely and also mine took a few minutes longer due to doing it as one large slab. Overall, happy with it. Would buy again.

Tastes good, low carbs, no refined sugar, easy to make. What's not to like? There has been some discussion in the house as to whether this is actually gingerbread or a cake, but nobody ever turns down a second piece.

Really easy to make and suitable for me as a T1 diabetic. Recommend cooking them longer and rolling them thinner if you like crispy gingerbread men. I added a load more ginger too as I thought the taste was too subtle. They looked the part and are the best keto recipe I’ve tried. Excellent
