Very good quality. I was not impressed with my Maxpedition 5 inch flashlight sheath though because it's MOLLE was far too tight to let me use these TacTie to attach it to anything. I could barely insert them. So, these TacTies are great. These straps are great to secure your Maxpedition pouch or strap on some extra accessories.
