I use fountain pens, watercolors and markers (not alcohol-based markers) with no bleed through. I bought this to treat myself to a decent one for a change and I'm glad I did. The paper is soooo nice to write on and I love the subtleness of the box grid as its not overpowering. I dont use mine as a planner, I use it as a journal. Like others have said the date part at the top of the pages is so tiny it would be very difficult to use but I don't use this feature.anyway as I just write the date in for each day I'm journaling. I don't use a page per day so I don't have any wasted or empty spaces and I also stick little photos inside that I take with my phone to add interest to my written journal plus its nice to look back on in years to come. It makes good use of photos on your phone that otherwise would never get printed! I really like the compact size of the B6 too, I thought it would be too small but I find it perfect. The cover seems nice and sturdy but as I'm a leathercrafter the first thing I did was make a leather cover for it and has made it super tactile and I love using it even more.
