Specification: 1.Cable length: 41.3in / 105cm. 2.Probe diameter: 5.5 in/14cm. 3.rated temperature:Up to 716°F (380°C). 4. heat resistant material help to prolong service life PLEASE NOTE: 1. DO NOT put the probes directly in fire flame. 2. DO NOT immerse the probe wire or the housing in water, this could cause the probe to short out. It's okay to immerse the probe itself in water.（The connection point between the probe and the probe braided extention cable is not waterproof. ） 3. Clean and dry the probe thoroughly after each use with a damp cloth. 4. Always insert your probe in the thickest parts of the meat while avoiding fatty or boney areas.
