Philip explains what a crystal grid is, how and why crystal grids work, the energy field of a crystal grid and sacred geometry in the first few pages of his book. The benefits of crystal grids is vast and this book covers so many of them (pictures posted of pages 18-19) there is a grid for EVERYTHING!
