This 60mm paddle fits easily in a 1 litre tin and I find, with careful use, it works fine and saves a lot of effort otherwise spent stirring a half empty tin. Preferably use a battery powered drill. Start on a low speed and accelerate slowly. Make sure the tin is sitting on a firm base! Have a bucket of water handy if you are using water based paint. Release the paddle from the drill before you take it out of the tin and transfer it immediately into the bucket. Then it can be reused or cleaned easily if you have finished. It is sturdy and easily cleaned.
