We enclosed the chicken feed, took down all the bird feeders, so they went for the food I feed my old horses. They can't eat hay as their teeth are nubs, and the pigeons were aggressive about it. We put up barriers so they would stop nesting under the roof tiles and solar panels.Tried using this about a year ago. Saw a couple new babies, but nothing like before. Tapered down to 20 ish by winter. They have called some friends, but the resident population is about 10-12 birds now. None are breeding in our yard, and the regulars don't seem to be introducing squabs.I don't expect them all to go, but we've had a 70 percent reduction in a year. I feed them by hand every morning at 9 am and they are there waiting and gobble every bit. They still want horse chow but there's only a few so it's not a big problem anymore. If it weren't for that, they wouldn't be here at all.It's only down one star for the price.
