Review: Very nice taste! - Very nice and tasty cottage cheese! I love it with sour cream and a bit of sugar or jam. Easy to make. Clear instructions. But I have experience of making cottage cheese, so there was nothing new for me. On photo is the amount i got from a gallon of milk plus a bit I just put in my plate to eat.
Review: Can't seem to get this to work in my yogurt maker - It might be the fact that my maker doesn't heat the milk enough or something, but I always seem to end up with milk. I will try again using just a pan to heat up the milk and work with it that way, but that seems to defeat the purpose of having a yogurt maker

I am allergic to whey which is in all dairy products, Have been wanting cottage cheese Bought this product hoping to at last have some cottage cheese I have tried twice have not been able to make it work Don't know if I am doing something wrong, try to follow directions, it has not worked for me If there is any help willing to listen
