He developed huge anxiety with travelling. I was using several products and thankfully enabled him to calm down in the car enough to reach our destination. I recommend it for dogs who have mild to moderate levels of travel anxiety but not a severe level because it didn't work. The dog was placed with someone else as he wasn't suitable for me. If you have a dog that has severe anxiety issues with a lot of things every day, then this isn't enough.
