Sono riuscita a collegarlo sia al mio pc macbook air M1 che al pc windows della classe. Purtroppo la telecamera ha un'impostazione attiva che sfalsa i colori (sembrerebbe). I coloroplasti appaiono arancioni/marroni. Se si accede però al software (scaricabile da internet oltre che da cd) si possono regolare le impostazioni del colore ma la ripresa sembra più rallentata e meno chiara rispetto a quando si utilizzano i programmi standard del computer come Fotocamera o Quicktime. Si è adattato perfettamente sia al mio microscopio (Nikon anni '90) sia a quelli della scuola (Optik moderni). In generale è ok per osservare campioni piuttosto statici come cellule e tessuti, ma meno adatto per oggetti più grandi o in movimento (protozoi, piccoli invertebrati ecc) perché i pochi pixel a disposizione non consentono di avere un'immagine ampia, ma piuttosto ristretta.
