Review: It was very simple to read with useful information about all the chakras - I purchased this book because I knew the author shares genuine information based on his own experience. It was very simple to read with useful information about all the chakras, including the literal meaning, the esoteric meaning and other associated information. As one who is sincerely looking at the path of meditation, I do however wish that the book contained more information on how to meditate on each chakra, i.e. what we ought to visualise and how to implement the sound and colour into the meditation. Overall it's a book I would highly recommend as it is probably the most reliable, realistic and genuine information available out there on Kundalini and the chakras. I would suggest that you purchase this book if you want information from someone who tried, tested and obtained results from the practice. Thank you Om Swami for sharing your valuable knowledge with us.

I purchased this book because I knew the author shares genuine information based on his own experience. It was very simple to read with useful information about all the chakras, including the literal meaning, the esoteric meaning and other associated information. As one who is sincerely looking at the path of meditation, I do however wish that the book contained more information on how to meditate on each chakra, i.e. what we ought to visualise and how to implement the sound and colour into the meditation.
